After numerous delays, I've finally constructed the game's first alpha build. This is a significant milestone because it gives me something to share with the team and close friends while receiving feedback without having to put in the effort of QA testing.
Development on Escape From is prolonged, but I have a plan to pick up on development time. My goal is to get a public demo of Escape From preferably by May but more likely to be in June.
My main concern right now is advertising. It doesn't matter how good your game is; if nobody knows it exists, people won't buy it. Due to my age and budget, many types of advertising are unavailable to me, so I will have to get creative. Effectively using social media is my only real option. I plan to post more on Twitter and start posting on Gamejolt again.
Unfortunately, I don't have much more to say, but I promise that devlogs and progress are on the rise.
